4. Refunds

Digital sales are generally final. Eleven does not guarantee refunds for delivered license keys, subscriptions, or digital goods once fulfillment has started, unless required by applicable law. By paying, you acknowledge this policy.

5. Disclaimer

Materials and services are provided “as is”. Eleven disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eleven and its suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, profit, or business interruption) arising from use of the site or products.

What we collect

We collect information you provide when you order, pay, or contact support — for example email, order metadata, and messages you send us. Payment processing may be handled by payment partners under their terms.

How we use it
